Laborer, P/T: The Town of Eaton seeks a part-time laborer. This position assists in the maintenance or construction of roads and streets. Minimum qualifications include possession of a valid NYS Class D Driver's License at the time of appointment and maintenance of said license for the duration of appointment and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Starting rate depends on experience.

Motor Equipment Operator, P/T: The Town of Eaton seeks a part-time Motor Equipment Operator. This position operates equipment in connection with the removal of snow and in the transportation of stone, gravel and other road construction materials, operates a variety of equipment associated with road construction and maintenance, performs manual tasks such as digging ditches, cutting trees and brush, placing traffic signs, and performs minor mechanical repairs. Minimum qualifications include one year full-time paid, or its part-time equivalent, work experience, possession of an appropriate and valid NYS CDL at the time of appointment and maintenance of said license for the duration of appointment, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Starting rate $27.20, with experience.

Minimum qualifications include one year full-time paid, or its part-time equivalent, work experience, possession of an appropriate and valid NYS CDL at the time of appointment and maintenance of said license for the duration of appointment, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Starting rate $27.20, with experience. Benefit package including NYS retirement, vacation, personal, and sick leave and medical and dental insurance coverage.
