In the Town of Eaton, New York

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Town Law and a resolution of the Board of Fire Commissioners, the annual election of the Morrisville Fire District will be held on the 9th day of December, 2025 between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm located at the Morrisville Fire Department Firehouse, 50 E Main Street, Morrisville, New York 13408, for the purpose of electing one (1) fire district commissioners to a five year term, commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030.

Those who are qualified to vote at the elections are qualified voters who shall have resided in said Fire District for Thirty Days next preceding such election. 

Residents wishing to be a candidate for fire commissioner shall file their name with the specific term in which you are running for, along with an Independent Nominating Petition with 25 local resident signatures, to the Secretary of the Morrisville Fire District, Ann Jones, contact by phone (315)420-0826, or mail at the Morrisville Fire District, PO Box 1111, Morrisville, New York, 13408, no later than November 20, 2025.
