NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION

SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on March 10, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Eaton duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Town Law. The full text of said resolution is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Offices located at 35 Cedar St. in the Town of Eaton for inspection by all interested persons.

ABSTRACT

The Town of Eaton Town Board has approved a resolution authorizing the conveyance of approximately 3.023 ± acres of real property to the New York State Division of State Police and authorizing the Town Supervisor to execute a Land Donation Agreement for the conveyance of such real property and extinguishing any and all interest held by the Town in the subject property.
