Public Notice - Request for Proposals (RFP) for Salt Dome Roof Repair

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SALT DOME ROOF REPAIR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Eaton, Madison County, NY is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors to repair the roof of the salt dome used by the Highway Department.

Specifications and conditions may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, NY, during normal business hours, or by emailing the Town Clerk at eatonclerk@cnymail.com. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026, at which time proposals will be opened and read aloud.

The Town Council of the Town of Eaton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or to accept a proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Town of Eaton.
