NOTICE OF FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF BROOKLYN STREET, TOWN OF EATON, NEW YORK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Eaton Highway Superintendent and a majority of the members of the Town Board have filed with me on July 14th, 2026 a CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF BROOKLYN STREET pursuant to New York State Highway Law Section 205. The portion abandoned begins at the intersection of Brooklyn Street and New York State Route 26 and continuing in a westerly direction to the Chenango River, for a distance of approximately 1,584-feet (0.3 miles).
