NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLANNING BOARD
TOWN OF EATON

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Eaton will hold a public
hearing on October 27th , 2025 at 7:00 P.M., at the Town Hall, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, NY 13408
on the request of Madison CSG 1, LLC, regarding property located on Rocks Road, Morrisville, NY
13408, known as Tax Map Parcel No. 112.-1-5 and zoned in the Agricultural District. The application
is for a SPECIAL USE PERMITTO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A 2.18 MW AC SOLAR ARRAY ON
20.70 ACRES IN THE ARC DISTRICT.

The application for this special use permit is open to inspection at the office of the Town
Clerk, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, NY 13408. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so
in person or by other representation. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending
said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the Town Clerk to
require such assistance.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board, or at
such public hearing
